The puffer fish (Tetraodontidae) is a small marine fish closely related to the porcupine fish. Puffer fish is also called dog face puffer. The skin and some of its organs are toxic to humans but the meat of some species of puffer fish, like the Fugu is a delicacy in Japan. The puffer fish is also known as blowfish and balloonfish and many other names. This underwater photo of a pufferfish was taken at a dive spot near the island of Cebu in the Philippines.
