Most sea snakes are venomous, however, they are mainly docile and will bite only when they feel threatened. Most sea snakes live totally in water and are unable to move on land. This underwater photos of a sea snake was taken at a reef near the tourist resort town of Puerto Galera in Mindoro island, in the Philippines.
